📋 TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: May 1, 2025

Welcome to Box Of Dox, a service operated by [QuakTek] ("Box Of Dox," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Box Of Dox website and services (the "Service"). By using our Service, you ("you," "user," "attorney," or "customer") agree to these Terms.

1. Overview of Services

Box Of Dox provides a paid service for licensed attorneys and law firms, particularly in personal injury law, to obtain licensed doctor reviews of their clients' medical history and records. The output includes care evaluations and cost estimations, designed to support legal arguments for case extensions, insurance negotiations, or settlements.

2. Not Medical Advice

Box Of Dox does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The services provided are not intended to replace the care of a healthcare provider. All documents and recommendations are prepared by licensed physicians, but for the specific and exclusive purpose of assisting attorneys in legal proceedings.

Use of our services does not create a doctor-patient relationship between the physician reviewer and your client.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

While our documents are written with the goal of strengthening legal cases, we do not guarantee any particular legal outcome, result, or settlement. It is entirely the attorney's decision to use Box Of Dox services as part of their case cost or strategy. We are not liable for the success or failure of any case.

4. Consent to Use Third-Party Platforms

Box Of Dox utilizes third-party platforms, including but not limited to Hubspot and Tally, to collect information, manage communications, and transfer files. By using our service, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to share your client's medical records and history;
  • You have informed your client about our use of third-party platforms;
  • You and your client both consent to the transmission and storage of data through these services.

5. Eligibility

You must be a licensed attorney, law firm staff member, or authorized legal representative to use this service. By using Box Of Dox, you represent that you meet this requirement.

6. Payment Terms

All services are billed as a case cost or fixed-fee arrangement. Full payment is due at time of submission unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. No refunds will be provided after a case review has been initiated.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect sensitive client and medical data using encrypted storage, secure uploads, and data access controls. However, because we use third-party services, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you accept all risks associated with transmitting data electronically.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Box Of Dox shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
